- Received letter of June 28. Sending pages 2428-2461 about pExala. Explains expenses for coming down to Victoria in fall. May be difficult to bring someone else along as everyone is away presently working and fishing. Would have to provide better pay than that work for someone to agree to coming. Pliny Earle Goddard came to visit earlier in the month with Dr. Newcombe. Goddard was taking motion pictures, and saying that Hunt should come to New York again, and work on the museum collections. Newcombe discussed Nowell's copper. Told him that Paul HaxwalaLEla is its rightful owner.
