AbstractLetter from George Washington to Nathanael Greene. Middlebrook - Enclosing copies of two letters - one to Mr. Wadworth concerning supplies for a large army to the northward, the other his answer, saying that the principal objection to the supplies being certain is the precariousness of carriage. Wants to know if it is possible for General Greene to promise certain and uniform transportation.
