AbstractReceived letter of September 28. Gathered 36 kinds of seeds for Boas since returning home. Sending 6 photographs and pages 2474-2480 on how the Indians used them. Edward Curtis did not take down the stories of the dances in the pictures. Notes that Boas pays much better than the Victoria Museum. Requests a copy of a book seen in the Museum with pictures that Boas and Hastings took of people Hunt knew. Government has given a very short trapping season this year. It was "a great pleasure" to spend time together again.
