War Office - The opinion of the Board is that the Deputy Quartermaster-General of the department should reside at or near the barracks built for the troops of the Convention in Albemarle county, VA. Has informed the Barrackmaster-General that General Greene's deputy will provide fuel and the commissary candles for the Convention troops.
