AbstractLetter from Robert Patton to Nathanael Greene. Lebanon - Acknowledging favor of 2d inst. Encloses an order from Colonel John Cox for sundries. If he has to procure horses will need at least £600,000. Question of returns. Has sent twenty-four horses out of his own teams to Colonel Neville who was distressed for them; needs cash at once to replace them.
