Abstract"Invoice of articles necessary to be imported from France for the next Campaign in addition to those remaining on hand in the United States and on a supposition that the Cargo lost in the Ship Marquis de laFayette is replaced and that the STores onboard of the R[]e will arrive." The invoice comes from the Clothier Generals Department and includes the cloth, etc. used for non-Commissioned officers, drums and fifers, privates, and officers.
