AbstractLetter from Udny Hay to Nathanael Greene. Carpenters ready to work on the boats, but as yet no boards have arrived from Albany. Asks that a number of boards and planks be sent up from the fort and with them a small fatigue party to expedite the work. Uneasy about tar; expects to seize some, thought it be private property. Fourteen horses will set off for New Windsor.
