AbstractLetter from Nathanael Greene. New Windsor - Acknowledging letter of 8th inst. enclosing returns, etc. Repeats the necessity of keeping no one on pay whose services can possibly be dispensed with. Arrival of Glover's Brigade will be a timely one, Connecticut being in deepest distress. Asks for certain accounts. Refers him to Maj. Olney for news.
