Abstract | Letter from James Fallon to Alexander McDougall. Fishkill - Calling upon General McDougall, as the supreme military commander of the station, to redress the evils which Mr. Bancker's indolence, inactivity, inattention, neglect and utter incapacity to do the duties of the post, has brought upon them. The poor sick have suffered most, being shamefully neglected in the articles of wood and straw. They would all have perished had not Colonel Hay come to his assistance. | ||
