AbstractInforms him that Bradford sent two men to jail who were apprehended by the people, one of whom was charged with appropriating flour that was intended for prisoners, and another who was turnkey of the jail and ill-treated prisoners when the British occupied the city; remarks that every "Man Seems to desire Revenge" and that the citizens "seemed ready to destroy them"; includes the names of witnesses.
