AbstractLetter from Ephraim Bowen to Nathanael Greene. By his brother, Oliver Bowen, has transmitted accounts to September 3, and returns of stores and person employed. Is doing everything to complete the barracks, but one article needed is cash, which, if General Greene cannot give him, begs him to direct Mr. Pettit to give to his brother. Rations and pay of artificers. Enclosing papers containing the State bill and the famous Act of the Assembly; committee engaged in looking into it.
